Futurama season 6 episode 1 (s06e01) - Rebirth

In the episode, the whole crew, including Zapp Brannigan, Kif Kroker, LaBarbara Conrad, and Scruffy the Janitor, are revived by Professor Farnsworth's "birth machine" after the Planet Express Ship crashes into Earth. A complication with Leela's rebirth places her in an irreversible coma. Out of loneliness and despair, Fry creates a robotic version of her complete with her memories.
